Jon McNeill, an advisory partner to Advent, is CEO and co-founder of DVx Ventures, which launches and scales game-changing businesses. Jon was President of Tesla from 2015 to 2018, before becoming COO of Lyft in 2018. Previously, he was CEO of software company Enservio and founder of multiple technology and retail businesses including TruMotion, Sterling, First Notice Systems and Trek Bicycle Stores. Jon is the 2012 EY Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2013 was named “Most Admired CEO” in Boston. He began his career at Bain & Company.
